Shipping Regions & Carriers

We currently only ship to the following regions

  • Domestic (United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories).

  • We do not ship internationally

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped by USPS. Standard Shipping rates apply to all orders.

Tracking Your Order

On the day that your order is shipped, you will be notified of your USPS tracking code. If you are experiencing any issues finding your code, or if you believe that you lost/ didn’t receive a code, then please contact support@tryradremedy.comwith the following:

  • Your name

  • Your Email Address (The one you used to place the order)

  • The day that you placed your order

We will get back to you as soon as possible with your order details.

Return Policy

At MDERM, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our skincare products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will handle free returns on a case-by-case basis to provide the best possible solution.

Return Guidelines:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be in their original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale.

    The seal must not be broken on the tubes.

  • We reserve the right to deny returns if the product shows signs of excessive use or damage.

Lost Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@tryradremedy.com. Include your order number, photos (if applicable), and a detailed description of the issue. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the matter promptly.
